Welcome to YuE2. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, AI music generation tools, generated outputs, and related offerings (collectively, the Services) operated by YuE2. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Acceptance of terms

By using the Services, you enter a legally binding agreement with YuE2. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who submits content through the Services.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, harms minors, or interferes with the operation or security of the Services.

You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, and other materials you provide and for ensuring you have the rights needed to use them with our tools.

User accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Payments, credits, and validity

Paid features are offered through credit packs, subscriptions, or other plans shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Credits. Credits are consumed per generation or feature use as displayed in the product. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not legal tender.
• Validity. Credit packs and subscription benefits may include a validity period stated at purchase. When applicable, buying an additional pack or renewing a plan may extend validity according to the rules shown at checkout (for example, adding time after your current expiration date).
• Expiration. When credits or a paid plan expire, unused credits may be forfeited and your account may revert to free-tier limits.
• Failed generations. If a generation fails after credits were deducted, we will automatically restore those credits when the failure is confirmed by our systems.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or abuse may result in account suspension.

Pricing, credit costs, model availability, and plan details may change; the terms shown at the time of your transaction apply to that transaction.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, documentation, and underlying models made available by YuE2, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly permitted.

Your content. You retain ownership of inputs you submit. By submitting content, you grant YuE2 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), and display that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Services and to provide outputs to you.

Outputs. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant you the rights to use the music and other outputs generated for you through the Services for your personal or commercial projects, except where an output incorporates third-party material you did not have rights to use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for compliance with platform rules and copyright law.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or bypass usage limits, paywalls, or security controls.
• Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content, or use the Services to harass or impersonate others.
• Generate content that is illegal, exploitative, or that infringes others’ rights.
• Misrepresent AI-generated music as human-performed where such disclosure is required by law or platform policy.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services without our written permission.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

Third-party links and services

The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools (including payment, auth, and AI infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUE2 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE GENERATION RESULTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUE2 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YuE2 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services where appropriate.
